The humanism project advances interdisciplinary cooperation by establishing and providing a network for researchers.
On a regional level the main focus of the project is on the universities in the Ruhr area, i.e. the Universities of Bochum, Duisburg-Essen, Dortmund and Witten-Herdecke.
On an international level the project has entered into partnership with researchers at universities and other scholarly institutions throughout Europe, Asia and Africa.
